Mission :
To design and manage international luxury projects, from concept design phase through production of “as built” documentation.
We are searching for a very experienced, talented and resourceful Interior Designer to create amazing interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a highly developed understanding of luxury interior architecture with a flair for contemporary design. Candidates must have a distinctive style, prior experience in interior design , and decoration projects from inception to execution.
Main responsabilities :
Understanding and analysing needs for project strategy and feasibility
Conducting concept, design and development studies, collaborating with multiple disciplines and with in-house design and developments teams.
Providing expertise, monitoring and checking the entire design and development processes including prelimary and subsequent studies, budget constraints, project administration and scheduling.
Researching and exploring creative proposals with craftspeople, vendors and suppliers
Reporting to the Studio Manager on all projects stages and progress
Contributing actively to develop the clients, consultants and design team communications, and maintaining strong external and internal relationships
Experience and skills :
Passionate about creating elegant interiors
High sensitivity for the luxury sector
Highly developed artistic sense
Demontrable experience of interior design practice in all project phases
Creative and functional design abilities working with defined budgets and timelines
Excellent collaboration and client relations skills
Good self-organisation and strong ability to work in a team environment
Background :
Graduate from an Interior Design school
Perfect mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, Metric and Imperial, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign
Rhino and other 3D softwares appreciated
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
